How do I choose the right snowboard length?
Selecting the right length depends on your weight, height, and riding style. Generally, the board should reach between your chest and chin. Check our specific size charts on each product page for detailed weight recommendations.
What is the warranty policy on Nitro snowboards?
All Nitro snowboards come with a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects. This covers issues like delamination or structural failures but does not cover damage from rocks, rails, or general wear and tear.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to local import duties.
Can I return a board if I have already mounted bindings?
We only accept returns on products in brand-new, unused condition with original packaging. Once bindings are mounted, the board is considered used and is no longer eligible for a return or exchange.
How often should I wax my new Nitro board?
Our boards come factory-waxed and ready to ride. However, for optimal performance, we recommend hot waxing your board after every 3 to 5 days of riding, or whenever the base begins to look dry or white.
Which binding mounting system do Nitro boards use?
Nitro snowboards utilize the industry-standard 2x4 insert system, making them compatible with almost all major binding brands, including Nitro, Union, and Burton (using the specific Re:Flex hardware).
