At Nitro Snowboards, we stand by the quality of our gear and offer a 30-day return window for all unmounted and unused equipment in its original packaging. If your new setup isn't the perfect fit for your riding style, we are here to help you get back on the mountain with the right gear.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Gear
Carefully pack your unused snowboard, bindings, or boots in their original box, ensuring all tags are attached and protective materials are included.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned equipment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
